Have any of you ever had to do it, and is there any adaptations a blind person can make to accomplish this task? Any responses within the next twenty-four hours would be great. thank you.
I'm not sure how you'd do that, but my guess is, if I had to do it, I'd go by the same philosophy I go by when deboning chicken. Buy frozen, that's already been done, grin. Sorry that's not much help, but that's what I'd do. I never buy stuff with bones etc in.
